I win hackathons.
Then I show you
how.

15+ hackathons, 10+ wins. I make reels in Derja and write free playbooks so more students show up to their first hackathon, and leave with something real.

What I do

Three things, one goal: get you on stage.

Everything here comes from the room itself: the long nights, the demos, the pitches in front of the jury.
01

I compete, and I win.

15+ hackathons across very different themes, 10+ podiums, with many different teams.

The HACK Kit

The first-hackathon playbook. The 3 fears that stop students, a step-by-step checklist, a 3-minute pitch structure, an MVP example and the resources I use.

  • 01The 3 fears, and why they're your reasons to go
  • 02The checklist, from the week before to the last 4 hours
  • 03A 3-minute pitch, broken down to the second
  • 0420 resources to find hackathons, build fast and pitch

About

Hi, I'm Oussema.

I'm a Tunisian builder. I've competed in 15+ hackathons, on themes from HR tech to media, and won 10+ of them, with many different teams.

The hardest part was never the code. It was deciding to show up. That's why I make reels and playbooks: so the next student doesn't stay home because of a fear that isn't real.

“You don't need to be ready to join a hackathon. The hackathon is what makes you ready.”
